01

One surface

Stays, tables, nightlife, music, wellness and transfers live in one place. A guest's journey, from the airport to the hotel to dinner to a concert, is planned and booked in a single flow.

02

Any community plugs in

An arena, a festival, a members' club or a whole city gets its own branded experience on the same rails, in its own look, with its own home market.

03

Recommend and be rewarded

Recommendations come from people the guest trusts and surface what is actually open tonight. When a friend books something you loved, you share in the reward.

The model

How a city launches its marketplace

One surface for the whole city. Every fee it generates stays in the city's marketplace.

  1. 1

    The city switches it on

The city or region launches its own ONE, for example Donostia, in its own language.

  2. 2

Every visitor gets it on arrival

One app for the whole stay, handed out when they arrive.

  3. 3

    Everything becomes bookable

Restaurants, stays, experiences, wellness and nightlife on one rail, with priority for locals.

  4. 4

Each venue gets a host-stand tablet

Every guest in one place: where they are staying, where they are from, special requests. Shared only with the guest's consent.

  5. 5

    The money stays local

Fees are settled inside the city's marketplace, not sent to an outside platform.

How restaurants pay

Quiet nights

Fill the room

The restaurant opens tables when it wants more guests, and pays a fixed fee only for guests who actually arrive. No subscription, and no percentage of the bill.

Example: a soft Wednesday, empty seats filled with guests the restaurant only pays for once they arrive.

Busy nights

Prime tables

The venue chooses which prime slots to offer high-value guests and sets a small access fee. Most of that fee goes back to the venue.

A full room, with a few held tables released on the venue's terms.

Where a fee goes
